Co-Founder and President of the board
Stephanie Schoss is a founding member of the Competence Center for Top Teams at the Research Institute for International Management at the University of St. Gallen. She is a co-founder of several companies, many of which she continues to be closely involved with in the capacity as an active board member.
Stephanie studied economics at the University of St. Gallen, Singapore Management University and Harvard.
Prior to joining IPM, Eunice Zehnder worked in the finance industry for 20 years for LGT Capital Partners, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, spanning the areas of asset management, private wealth and corporate finance in New York, London, Hong Kong and Switzerland. She also worked for Procter & Gamble in marketing and brand management as well as for Booz & Co. in strategy consulting.
Eunice received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.
Chief Science Officer
was born in Richmond, VA. Raised in USA, Ethiopia and Germany. He studied Psychology at the University of Osnabrück. His doctoral thesis about implicit motives was finished in 2001 in a project funded by the German Research Foundation. He worked as an Assistent Professor at the Helmut-Schmidt-University in Hamburg from 1998 to 2008.
In the same year he was Co-founder and partner of KEY4TALENT and fbtk. From 2010 until today he is a Professor at the NORDAKADEMIE; University of Applied Science and head of the department of Business Psychology. Since 2014 he is on the Board of IPM Institute for personality-oriented management. In 2017 he founded the research institute CAPTA (Computer Aided Psychometric Text Analysis) at the NORDAKADEMIE. His research interests are the impact of personality-systems on vocational and consumer behavior and the measurment of personality traits by text analysis.
Sales and Training
Thomas is a Dipl. systemic coach and advisor (SCM®). Before joining IPM, Thomas Vaterlaus was IT manager at Digital Equipment AG where he was responsible for acquiring large international outsourcing deals including transition management. For 10 years, he was responsible for the development and implementation of a new sales strategy for swisspost, including company wide CRM-, sales process solutions and the Strategic Account Management team.
Thomas has more than 30 years of experience in strategic sales-management, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for IT-, SAP-, Supply Chain- and HR-Solutions.
Anja R. Peter
Training & Consulting, Partnermanagement
Anja Peter has 20 years of management experience within the banking sector where her priorities included developing new organization and management structures, change management, training concepts, sales management and CRM. Anja studied economics in Germany.
Hermann Arnold is co-founder, chairman of the board and product visionary at Haufe-umantis Ltd, a leading provider of software and expertise for talent management. Up until May 2013, he built the company as managing director, beginning as a university basement start-up to becoming a company with 1,000 customers, millions of users, and a team of 100 employees. In projects with leading companies as well as in research and education, Hermann has dealt with specific issues of good employee management and the impact of the internet on management cooperation for years.
Hermann studied business administration - specializing in Strategy and Organization - at the University of St. Gallen, and wrote his thesis on the topic What can human resource management do to increase company value.
Hakan Yüksel is a member of the Country Leadership Team of Oracle in Germany. Prior to Oracle, he spent 15 years at SAP and held various leadership positions including Managing Director SAP Switzerland and SAP Belgium & Luxembourg, Finance Director SAP UK and South Africa and Chief Controller of SAP Europe. Prior to that, he worked for Bloomberg in the U.S. and Arthur Andersen in Germany.
Hakan studied economics and finance at the European Business School in Paris and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Jenny Zhan is CEO of Teamup Solutions AG and was previously Chief Operating Officer of OANDA, where she was responsible for the establishment of OANDA as a leading global market maker and data provider for currencies. As Advisory Board member of IPM, she focuses on product development and product design
Jenny Zhan studied Electrical Engineering in China and later received degrees in Engineering Management and Information Science in the United States. She has been residing in Switzerland since 1996.
Simone Thompson is currently Chief of Staff for the International Board of Directors of UBS Wealth Management and has held various other positions at UBS in the past 12 years. She is active in philanthropy.
Simone graduated Summa Cum Laude in Law and French from Birmingham University Law School.
